The Setting
Two bright, sunny, immaculate, four season, newly remodeled pine cabins, beautifully decorated in the Adirondack style. Five acres of woods with grassy lawn leading to a private beach for each cabin. Millbrook Stream gurgles through the backside of the property emptying into the lake.
Conveniently located one mile from downtown Greenville, yet privacy and nature abound. An abundance of critters and birds frequent the setting. Gorgeous views of Big and Little Squaw Mountains, the Lake and islands from East Cove. Enjoy a western view of brilliant fall foliage and spectacular sunsets.
The K2 Cabin
Completely remodeled and fabulously decorated cottage on Moosehead Lake. Enjoy a crisp and clean interior, with everything brand-new. A prime spot to soak up the breathtaking sunsets over the water, plus an outdoor fire pit to sit around and share stories.
The loft bedroom overlooks the open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling. Wood stove and central heating. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the staples and utensils and appliances. Sleeps 5.
Private

chairs. There is no stone left unturned for your comfort and
convenience.
At dusk, you may spot some moose grazing nearby. Cross country ski from your door onto the lake. Connect to snowmobile trails nearby. Ideal for outdoorsman, hunters, birdwatchers and fishermen. Scenic 3 hour drive to Quebec City, one hour drive to Mt. Katahdin. The perfect combination of relaxation and activity. Just a 2 hour drive to Sugarloaf or ski Squaw Mountain right across the Lake. We have ample parking for boat and snowmobile trailers.

The K1 Cabin
Completely remodeled and available in the Summer of 2006 the K1 cabin is smaller than the K2 cabin, but charming and comfortable. Yankee barn decor with a glass front gas stove for cool nights. It has a fully equipped kitchen and eating area with Lake views from every room. Open floor plan with a "Bear" loft. Same amenities as the K2 cabin.
